God knows what He’s built inside of us,

He knows what He’s made us capable of, in Him.

Even when we haven’t a clue…

He knows what He’s designed us to be able to endure through.

He knows…

what is gained

when we learn

in “living through“

the troubles that we face in life.

We grow in trusting Him.

We learn to look forward, expectantly—through the trial— to see what He will do!

Am I willing

to “sign up” to learn,

to grow in trust…

as I trust Him in ‘this’?

He wants to give me this gift of remembrance…

a deeper level of knowing…

that even when it gets hard, I know…

HE IS FAITHFUL and HE IS GOOD

HE IS

still

loving me with His perfect love…

…even if it doesn’t feel like it in the moment…

Even if I do not understand.

Even if I can’t see what His plan looks like in “this” situation.

Can we come to Him with our questions and our troubled hearts?

Can we be openly honest with Him?

He says that we always can. 💝

And in this place…

He invites us closer in,

within His open arms…

in whatever imperfect “condition” we find our hearts in.

Can I trust Him…

to make something beautiful,

something good…

even out

of “this“?

Because He can,

and He will. 💝🌷☀️

Even if it’s hard to see a way,

even if it’s “impossible“…

even if having to live through it seems “harsh“…

even if “this” isn’t what I would have ever chosen…

Can I believe,

(God, help my unbelief!)

“Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!”—Mark 9:24

Can I remember…

(God, YOU remind me!)

“Remind me each morning of your constant love, for I put my trust in you. My prayers go up to you; show me the way I should go. I go to you for protection, Lord; rescue me from my enemies. You are my God; teach me to do your will. Be good to me, and guide me on a safe path. Rescue me, Lord, as you have promised; in your goodness save me from my troubles!”—Psalm 143:8-11

…that He’s got something more than good

up His sleeves…

Because He always does. 💝

And one thing that we gain from enduring through the pain,

as we face these “hard things” with Him,

is that we will know, we will remember…

again and again and again

…that He will see us through,

and He will give us a new song to sing into the darkness. 🎶☀️

“He always has,

He always does,

and He always will.

He is ALWAYS good,

He is ALWAYS trustworthy…

…even in ‘this‘…

and so I WILL TRUST HIM,

even in ‘this”… 💖☀️

“Then they cried out to the LORD in their trouble, and he delivered them from their distress.”—Psalm 107:6
