Everything a man thinks he is or what he has done--doesn't hold a candle to what and who he is “In Christ”. 'I am not now, what once I was; nor am I yet, what I want to be---but; what I am, I am by Grace--and when I see Him face to face, I shall be like Him, perfectly! There is absolutely no uncertainty to our future in Christ!
What does our future in Christ look like? In a word--CHRIST! This is not smoke and mirrors or word trickery. It is certainty! It is our focused goal. It is nothing less than the prophet Jeremiah declares: our expected end. Thank you brother and sisters for almost daily reminding me of my expected end: Christ in me, the hope of Glory!
“Since, then you have been raised with Christ, SET (to cause to sit: place in or on a seat) your Hearts on things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God. SET your Minds on things above, not on earthly things. For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. When Christ, who IS your life, appears, then you also will appear with him in glory.” {Colossians 3: 1-4, NIV).
