Often when trying to accomplish your purpose in God, the enemy will send a litany of diferent temptations, delays, frustrations, offenses and even great opportunities. The more subtle plans of satan are detectable by the self-righteous and prideful nature in which they pose as normal thoughts, these must be forcefully rejected in the mind and heart. However, unless your thoughts are fixed on Jesus, your battle with unregenerate thoughts and memories of your past maybe endless. Thinking about Jesus opens up an avenue in the spirit realm to the Kingdom of God where you find true peace. There in connection with Christ by the Holy Ghost much healing takes place. The mind, will and emotions become fully aware and filled with the Holy Spirit through the open door of your spirit.
This avenue (of free will) is opened by your God given decision to meditate on a person namely Jesus Himself. Thinking on Him, has supernatural properties that stem beyond this realm into a vast endless paradise of the divine attributes of His goodness and love toward us. Because you have decided to think on Christ does not mean you are now free of all evil intentions, on the contrary. It means you have now entered an age old battle in which you have been given the victory, so long as you fight this battle on the Holy Mountain of God, that exists in His mighty power. This mountain is where we stand through sticking to His divine natures and The Lords ways, we cannot wrestle against the world by using tactics of that the world uses to gain control of our lives or the lives of others, this behavior quickly degenerates in to witchcraft and demonic activity. A foundation of worship and praise with strong Biblical based devotions are crucial to standing uninhibited by the ploys of darkness.
