“Write every day down…”

“Write every day down…”

10.11.2021 – “Write every day down…”

I love these lines from a song by Jason Upton,

“A lifetime can pass by
And if we don’t watch it
We’ll miss all that it has to say
Write every day down…”

Every day—every “word, every page

is worth… “writing down”…

Because in Christ, our hope, our trust is in Him.

And the pages of our “redemption story”

are in His more than capable hands!

I’ll be honest…

this last week has been… hard, in many ways.

But I’m learning to remember,

that each and every kind of day that we’ve been given

contains purpose,

opportunity,

and tremendous value. 💎

And He saw fit to give it,

with great intention

for us to LIVE it. 💝

Every up, every down,

every triumph,

every valley

every victory,

every mistake, that we’d prefer not to see…

All of these moments are worth “writing down”

as an honest page of our story with Him,

because we KNOW that HE can redeem it all!

And no certain line or page “defines” us…

Because in Christ, He has called us “His.”

He can make something of these imperfect stories,

as He redeems, and somehow makes good use,

of each and every page. 📖✨

And as we keep trusting Him and thanking Him

for every

single

day

we’re bound to find the treasure

in every challenge,

in every hardship,

in every mistake…

…because we know

that when we look for Him, wholeheartedly…

we’re bound to find Him.✨

Lord Jesus, You’re the treasure that we find,

in every single moment—within every single line,

…because we get to write every word, every day…partnering with You.

And so I thank You for it all,

because I know,

that You can redeem it all.

“But now thus says the Lord, he who created you, O Jacob, he who formed you, O Israel: “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are mine.”—Isaiah 43:1

“You will say in that day: “I will give thanks to you, O Lord, for though you were angry with me, your anger turned away, that you might comfort me. “Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and will not be afraid; for the Lord God is my strength and my song, and he has become my salvation.” With joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation. And you will say in that day: “Give thanks to the Lord, call upon his name, make known his deeds among the peoples, proclaim that his name is exalted. “Sing praises to the Lord, for he has done gloriously; let this be made known in all the earth.”—Isaiah 12:1-6

“O Israel, hope in the Lord! For with the Lord there is steadfast love, and with him is plentiful redemption.”—Psalm 130:7

Thank You, Father. 💝
