        We continue this week looking into the four requirements laid out in II Chronicles 7:14 for the Lord to heal our land. They are:

  1. Humble ourselves
  2. Pray
  3. Seek His face
  4. Turn from our wicked ways.

These are what God’s people are commanded to do, not the heathen. So, we want to do these and not just understand them. This week, we will examine the biblical exhortations for humbling ourselves, looking for any way we have not yet applied this to our lives.

        James 4:6 declares, “God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble” (NKJV). Could there be anything more valuable than God’s grace? Admitting we believe there is not, do our lives reflect this belief? Are we pursuing His grace more than any other treasure, relationship, professional success, or even our security? The priority we place on God’s grace reveals what we really believe.

        Are we pursuing His grace in the way He instructs us to, by humbling ourselves? In Scripture, we are repeatedly told to humble ourselves, so this is something the Lord expects us to do. So how do we do this? There are a few ways Scripture tells us to do this, like in Psalm 35:13, where King David said he humbled himself with fasting. In Scripture, fasting is refraining from eating. This is something the Lord recognizes and honors in a special way. By this we declare we need Him and His grace more than we need food.

        Since fasting food is contrary to the carnal nature, this is one way we can deny and break its power over us. We are told in I Corinthians 11:31, “for if we would judge ourselves, we would not be judged” (NKJV). This is another way we can humble ourselves. If we humble ourselves, He will not have to humble us.

        Yet another way to humble ourselves is to stop talking about ourselves so much. One barometer that reveals our spiritual immaturity is how much we talk about ourselves, even if it’s about spiritual things, like how God has used us. We should testify of the great things the Lord has done, but it is easy to tell when one is doing this to highlight themselves rather than to honor God.

        We will not be changed into the nature of the Lord by being focused on ourselves. We are changed by seeing Him and His glory. When we do this, He will become the focus of our attention and conversation because, as He said, “out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks” (see Matthew 12:34, NKJV). Are we full of Him, or just full of ourselves?

        How much more might we be used by Him, if when we meet others, we were not so intent on making ourselves look good as we are seeking ways to encourage and edify them? The Lord said, “Everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted” (Luke 18:14, NKJV). Notice He did not say “many” or “most” who exalt themselves but “everyone”! Throughout Scripture we are exhorted to humble ourselves, and that God is the One who exalts. Being humble is our job; exalting is His job. If we try to do His job, He will do ours, and He can do both much better than us!

        A self-centered person who tries to insert their story, their experiences, or just generally their perspective into every conversation is usually the one others try to avoid. Such people do not realize they are not as interesting to others as they are to themselves. Such people are also socially downgraded, and even ostracized, more than they realize.

        As Christians, how can we who have seen and know the Lord be more infatuated with ourselves than with Him? How can anyone who has beheld His sacrifice on the cross be prone to talk about their own suffering? Christian maturity is revealed by Christ-centeredness; Christian immaturity is revealed by self-centeredness.

        Because we speak out of the abundance of our hearts, let us resolve to be Christ-focused, Christ-centered, and with our hearts filled with love for Him. Resolve that He will be our conversation.

        In Isaiah 60:1-5 we are given a prophetic picture of a time when “darkness is covering the earth, and deep darkness the peoples.” However, the Lord also promises the appearance of His glory and the nations coming to His light during this time. Then Isaiah adds that our sons and daughters will return, and the wealth of the nations will be brought to His people. This hope is an anchor for our souls, and we must always keep this in mind. Regardless of how dark it gets, the light is coming and will overpower the darkness.

        We are now seeing the worst spiritual darkness of all time spread over the earth. It has come in many forms but is woven together as a veil of “deep darkness” over the people. Though we have yet to see the glory of the Lord manifested on His people in the way this text implies, we do see the conditions being prepared for it. One condition is the burning hearts of small pockets of people who have not succumbed to the lukewarm spirit of this age. Next we should expect these pockets of people to begin to connect and their fires grow.

        The Book of Revelation was a vision given to John as a “revelation of Jesus Christ”‑—meaning the focus is on Jesus Himself, not just doctrines about Him or the institutions that grew up around those doctrines that would bring the glory of the Lord. Sound biblical teaching is important for a strong foundation, but it is by seeing the glory of the Lord that we are changed into His image (see II Corinthians 3:18). Thus, we should expect to see Christians beginning to seek the Lord Himself in a dramatic new way.

        There is also much in Revelation about the antichrist. This explains why the entire age since the Fall has been allowed to evolve—so the nature of evil in its full maturity could be revealed to all creation. The antichrist, or “man of sin,” is the embodiment of all men’s sin. This is what all mankind would be like without the redemption and reconciliation of Christ. This is who we all are without Christ and without the grace of God. There is no greater contrast to Christ than this, and it has been allowed to unfold so we can all see who we really are without Jesus as compared to who we are with Him.

        So, while we wait for the glory of the Lord to be revealed, and while we focus our pursuit on knowing and abiding in Him, we must also understand the nature of the darkness we are here to stand against. As a basic military principle, you cannot defeat an enemy you can neither see nor understand. Likewise, in our spiritual battle, we must see and understand the darkness we are here to confront.

        As the darkness and evil of this world is revealed, the traces of it in us is also revealed. We do not want to enter this battle against the ultimate darkness at the end of this age with it still in us. To root out all evil in us and prepare us to behold and become vessels of His glory, we must apply the four elements of II Chronicles 7:14 to our lives:

“If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”

        These four elements we must adhere to, so He can heal our land are:

  1. Humble ourselves
  2. Pray
  3. Seek His face
  4. Turn from our wicked ways.

Note these are the things His people must do, not the heathen. The healing of our countries is dependent on those who know the Lord.

        We will take the next few weeks to dig down into each one of these to seek a deeper understanding and application of them in our lives. Obviously, what we have done up until now to comply with these has not been adequate. In doing so, we too should expect to be enlightened and healed.

        Some have called the Christian life an acquired balance between two paradoxes, and the path of life a tension between two paradoxes. There are the counterbalancing teachings of Scripture that are needed to keep us in the Way. Faith can be very close to pride, and to walk in greater faith brings us even closer to this thin line between them.

        This may seem complicated, and it can become complicated, if we do not hold to the exhortation of II Corinthians 11:3: “But I am afraid that, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, your minds will be led astray from the simplicity and purity of devotion to Christ.” Everything stays simple and pure as we keep our focus on and devotion to Christ.

        It is our self-centeredness, the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge, that has us continually and constantly looking at ourselves, which makes everything complicated. We will never be changed into the Lord’s nature by looking at ourselves—positively or negatively. We are only changed when we see His glory. We do need some self-evaluation, but to mature in Christ is to become less self-centered, less self-focused, and more Christ-centered. Consider what the Apostle Paul wrote in I Corinthians 4:1-4:

Let a man regard us in this manner, as servants of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God.

In this case, moreover, it is required of stewards that one be found trustworthy.

But to me it is a very small thing that I may be examined by you, or by any human court; in fact, I do not even examine myself.

For I am conscious of nothing against myself, yet I am not by this acquitted; but the one who examines me is the Lord.

        When I was a young Christian trying to be a pastor, I received two letters the same day—one accusing me of being too controlling, the other accusing me of being too weak and unassertive. When I took these two opposing opinions to the Lord to see which was true, He said, “Both!” 

        Of course, the Lord is always right. I saw right away that in some ways I was too controlling, and in other ways, I was too cautious and indecisive. His truth always sets us free, and just Him saying this to me began to set me free from some extremes in my life. That was nearly fifty years ago. Today, I would not claim to be walking perfectly in these, but I think I am getting closer to the right balance. Some things take a lifetime to work in us, and it’s just a matter of walking in increasing light—our theme for this year’s study.

        No one can make themselves into what they should be. Only the Lord can, but we do have a part to play. Our part is to stay humble, teachable, and correctable. Paul’s text above is perhaps the clearest and simplest statement on how to do this. He remained open and correctable, but then no longer examined himself and trusted the Lord to do this. This is one of the greatest liberations we must come to in our walk, especially if we tend to be introspective.

        With some notable exceptions, in general, the church in the West may now be in its weakest state. Once when I was speaking to a group of senators and congressmen about the need for courage in Washington, one of them pulled me aside afterward and said, “We would see a lot more courage in Washington if we could see any in the church.” That was years ago, and this has not gotten any better since. We want to walk ever closer to the center of God’s will, and do not want to err at all, yet if we’re going to err in these times, we need to err on the side of boldness.

        If we are doing it right and righteously, the church should now be known for its courage. As we have read, Scripture is clear, “The righteous are bold as a lion” (see Proverbs 28:1). So, a lack of boldness in the church must indicate a lack of righteousness. When we think of righteousness we think of behavior, but that is only a small part of the biblical emphasis on righteousness. Faith is the basis of our righteousness, and faith is demonstrated by boldness.

        As corrections are made, and we learn to stay on the brighter and brighter path of the righteous by doing what is right in the sight of the Lord, our boldness will increase. As darkness increases with all the confusion and doubt that accompanies it, those on the path of life will stand out more and more. They will become the only real beacon of hope, and we must prepare for the great ingathering this will bring.

Chris Reed 3/27/2022 – A NOW DREAM – Kairos Moment  &   Dream of RUSSIA & UKRAINE

Early on March 25th, 2022 I saw an unknown man dressed in a black suit.  He was holding a U.S. $50 bill in his hand.  He tears the $50 bill in three stages.  He stayed in front of me in the dream and he took the $50 bill, which I believe represents the 50 United States.  And when he tore one third of the $50 bill random people just started walking up to me and handing me newspapers with headlines on the front. They were National Newspapers with the headlines being all that I could read on the Newspapers, and I remember exactly what they said.

  1. The 1st one said, after He tore one third of the $50 bill, The U.S. Dollar Drops 30% In Value, and a subtitle below it said, Middle Eastern Oil Strikes Deal With China Instead of The U.S.
  2. Then I saw another person give me a headline that said, The Perfect Storm, subtitled, Inflation Reaches A New High.
  3. I was handed another headline which read, Food Shortage Crisis: As Wheat And Bread Imports Are At A Stalemate.
  4. Another one came and I did not have the exact wording but it said something like this; Riots and Civil Unrest As Citizens Demand Entitlement Checks. And this was the only headline that I couldn’t remember.

 

Then I noticed that the man dressed in black with the $50 bill took it and tore it right in half.  And when he did an earthquake happened under my feet.

 

  1. Another person handed me a newspaper with the headlines which read, Isreali and Palestinian Two State Solution Reached.
  2. Another person handed me another newspaper which read, Major Earthquake Hits The Middle of The U.S.
  3. Then the man in black took the rest of the $50 bill and started tearing it into smaller pieces, one by one. And then another person walked up and hands me another headline which said, America In Pieces. Subtitled, More States Succeed From The Nation In Rebellion To The Federal Government.
  4. I was handed another headline which read, S. Military Takes Charge As Uncertainty Looms Over The Federal Government.

 

The man in black then took out a new dollar bill.  The first time he took the $50 bill and tore one third off, then in half, and then into smaller pieces. So, the last thing he does is he takes out this new dollar bill, and the interesting thing about it was that the dollar bill was like a cell phone.  Somehow it was like a cell phone and a one-dollar bill at the same time.  It looked like a one-dollar bill, but it was like a cell phone.  I did see George Washington’s face on it, which of course is on our bill, but it looked very different.

  1. And I remember looking at it and someone comes up to me and hands me another newspaper and it’s headlines read “New Currency For A Renewed Nation”.
  2. Another headline was handed to me and it said “Simplicity Restored As Americans’ Begin To Grow Their Own Food Again”.

 

So I think we really need to pray into this and be prepared. I’m not trying to scare or alarm anybody.  I am not a kind of doom and gloom kind of preacher.  But I do think that before things get better, sometimes in a National and International capacity could get worse.  So, I think that even when you go to the store and you buy your groceries and you just buy a few more items each week to store up and prepare.  I’m not trying to tell you we are on the verge of Armageddon or nothing like that. But the idea of an economic catastrophe or economic collapse is very foreign to us who are alive in this generation, but it’s been less than a 100yrs in this nation, less than 100yrs in this Nation the stock market crashed in 1929 and soup lines and bread lines were not a foreign thing.  It was something very real here.  So, the concept that that could never happen here, let me tell you that the World Systems are shaking and God is not interested in reforming Babylon, He’s bringing it down.

 

This was the other dream that I had.  I’ll just read this to you and ask you to pray into it.

 

It was about The Ukraine and Russian War that’s going on right now.

I dreamed last night, early on March 26, 2022, that the Russian invasion of Ukraine culminated and came to an end in the first half of the Month of June, 2022.  In the dream I saw there were people that came from the middle east who helped the people and ultimately pushed Russian back into their nation.

The end result of this was the beginning of major reform, revolution, and revival in Russia and in Ukraine.

 

So, I’m just sharing the dream. And I want you to pray into these.

And I think we are going to see some real incredible things happen over the next few months.

The Lord is shaking the Earth.  He is shaking the Earth.  And we need to not be alarmed, we just need to be aware. To pay attention.

We need a Matthew 24 “Watch and Pray” anointing!

We need a John 3 “Stand and Listen” anointing!

So that’s what we’re believing for.

I think that right now we need to capture the awareness of this moment, of a Kairos Moment, as I say this, I look at the clock it says 11:11.  This very moment, I believe, is a Kairos Moment in history!

And I think we need to seize every moment God has given us to advance the Kingdom of God!

    • Uganda will declare His glory among the nations because they will proclaim the good news of His salvation. The demons will tremble before Him and all the earth. As the fire of God is on an increase the people of Uganda will dig in and it will bring a fall of the demonic powers. As this happens, we will see the Lion coming through the fire. Uganda when you see this, sing your new song to the Lord for the flames shall not consume you. Prepare the trailblazer for this coming of the Lord to Uganda. As this lion is seen coming through the fire, let it be declared that “The Lord Reigns”. Amen
    • May the fall of demonic powers increase. Dig In! Sing your new song unto the Lord for the lion is coming through the fire and the flames shall not consume you. Prepare the trailblazer! Proclaim the good news of the salvations and declare His glory among the nations. Tremble before them all the earth and be a part of the fire.
    • Proclaim the good news of his salvation. Even though fire increase, dig in. Tremble before Him all the earth. Sing your new song to the Lord and the flames shall not consume you. The Lion coming through the fire. Declare His glory among the nations. Ask for the fall of demonic powers to increase. Trailblazer will be prepared while you sing your new song to the Lord. Knowing that at all times, the Lord reigns.
    • Lord, we declare your great glory among the nations, and we proclaim the good news of your salvations to them. We declare all who oppose you will tremble before you with your great name over all the earth. Lord may the fire of revival that has begun in Uganda continue an increase crossing all boarders in its path. We say to the people of Uganda “Dig in, hold fast, and rejoice; and the Lord has chosen you to be an epicenter of this great move of the Spirit. Because of your faithfulness, we will see the fall of demonic powers over this part of the earth and the Lion coming through the fire. Uganda, begin to sing aloud your new song that it may be heard over all the earth. Rejoice that the flames of fire shall not consume you. Prepare the trailblazer to clear the way before the Lord as He moves in great power and might. Declare to all who have ears to hear that “The Lord reigns”.
    • Uganda, stop thinking small and prepare to declare His glory among all nations. Wherever you go, proclaim the good news of His salvation; and the people will tremble before Him in all the earth. There is a fire that will increase as you dig in and you will see the fall of demonic powers as the Lion is coming through the fire. You should sing your new song to the Lord and the flames will not consume you, for God is preparing the trailblazers to carry the message “the Lord reigns.”
    • In Ukraine the enemy sent fire on the Lord’s people, and in Uganda you sent your fire back down on to claim those the enemy thought he had claims on. When the Lord’s fire increases, the enemy says the Lion’s bursting forth out from the flames; and he suffered defeat upon defeat, but those proclaiming the good news of their recent salvations, singing their new songs, were not consumed by the flames. Sing a new song. Look and behold what the Lord has done. Look and behold what he is doing now. Look and behold what he is going to do. He is our redeemer. He's the Lord Jesus Christ.
    • Uganda declare His glory among all the nations. Sing out a new song to the Lord and proclaim the good news of His salvation. Watch as the enemies tremble before Him all the earth. Fire, would you increase? And Uganda, dig into the feast and the presence of your enemies. The demonic powers will fall as the Lion comes through the fire; but the flames shall not consume you. Prepare the trailblazer for the Lord reigns.
    • Lord, I pray right now as I declare your glory among the nations; and I proclaim your good news among the nations that I will tremble and fall before you and all the earth can see the fire that is lit inside of me, and my knowledge will increase as I dig in. I am a witness to the fall of the demonic powers that I know is coming; and scripture says that we should pray like something is already happening. And I can already see a change starting and I pray I can be some part of that change. Lord, the Lion is coming through the fire, and we know that you are standing beside us in that fire, and we are so thankful that we can come through that and escape. We sing a new song to you Lord. A song of hope and a song of restoration and our religion and our culture. Lord, I just pray right now that you will prepare us to blaze a trail through untouched territory. People who have never heard about you, but they have a calling inside of them, their soul, that we can show them the way, the truth, and the life is you. The Lord reigns and I am so thankful that we can sit with you in heavenly places. In the name of Jesus, amen.
    • We call for the people of Uganda to declare His glory among the nations and proclaim the good news of His salvation. May the lost people of Uganda tremble before Him all the earth. We pray that a fire of hunger will increase throughout the land of Uganda as your people dig in to intercede for the fall of demonic powers there. May the Lion coming through the fire erupt in majesty as the Christians in Uganda sing your new song to the Lord. And as the fire of your spirit burns throughout Uganda, the Lion will roar the sound of joy and the flames shall not consume you. As you raised up Annie, Lord may you continue to prepare the trailblazers that will run with Annie to help spread your name throughout the land. And we declare, the Lord reigns.

We can all agree that what Putin is doing is inhuman and barbaric. Nevertheless, the war in the Ukraine is not our war. It is a globalist war. A war without heroes on either side. And, it is a war we must avoid. Our sons and daughters should not be sent to die in this war.
The true victims are the Ukrainian people. We will talk later about what we can do for them.
The European Union encouraged the Ukraine to take a hard line with Russia. They promised to have their back if Putin did anything. Now they have backtracked and are only granting token support.
Are they hoping, yet again, that the United States will step in and take the lead—even if it leads to World War Three?

Hearing Americans rooting for action and rallying for us to send troops to die in the Ukraine is utter madness.

Have we learned nothing from our disastrous involvement in Vietnam? Afghanistan? What about Iraq?  Even the New York Times was claiming that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction. He did not. The same mechanism that duped us into the war in Iraq is doing the same thing now. The same people who profited from the war in Iraq stand to profit in this one.
Why are you not suspicious when MSNBC, CNN and all the other Leftist hollow heads are unanimous in the drum beat of war? Why are you agreeing with the same people who locked down your church, forced masks on your children, and made billions off of forced vaccinations?
Are you buying the new-found patriotism of the Left who want us to attack Russia? This from the very ones who have proven, again and again, their mortal hatred for all things American?

Do not take the bait. This is Satan’s bait. It is a distraction from other critical issues.

1. This is a distraction away from the corruption which is about to be uncovered. A wise man once said, “A lie can travel half way around the world, while the truth is still putting on its shoes.” Well brothers and sisters, the truth finally got its shoes on. How convenient that the war in the Ukraine arrived just as the world was waking up to the truth about the present administration?
The truth about Hillary, Hunter Biden, the Wuhan Lab, Fauci, Pfizer, election fraud, mass profiteering, and the backlash against their cramming CRT, transgender and other sexual perversions down our throats got too close for comfort, and the Left needed another distraction. This is a distraction! It is meant to cause us to take our foot off the gas, just as we are about to uncover mass corruption.

2. It is a distraction away from Democrats passing the most evil laws ever. While you were looking at the war in Ukraine, Colorado passed a law that allows abortion, even at full term.

Maryland goes one better. It is a monstrosity called Senate Bill 669. It reiterates current law that deprives fetuses of all rights, meaning they could be the subjects of live experimentation when that is technologically feasible. The language of this Satanic bill is chilling:
“Nothing in this section shall be construed to confer personhood or any rights on the fetus.”
Next, the bill would prevent investigations and legal penalties for abortion at any point in the pregnancy and “perinatal” deaths caused by “failure to act” — which extend from the 22nd week of gestation.

That means a baby may be neglected and allowed to die even 28 days after it has been born alive.

“This section may not be construed to authorize any form of investigation or penalty for a person:
(1) Terminating or attempting to terminate the person’s own pregnancy; or
(2) Experiencing a miscarriage, perinatal death related to a failure to act, or stillbirth.”
This means that a baby who survived an abortion can be allowed to die without care, and no investigation could be pursued nor legal penalty applied.

I do not care how spiritual your pastor sounds when he or she says you should ‘stay out of politics’. Staying out of the midterm elections would be the worst thing the American church will ever do. This is our chance—maybe our last chance—to make them pay for the towering list of evils and misery they have heaped on the American people.
The Ukrainian people—and not the corrupt regime—deserve all of the help we can give them. But we must not be distracted from an enemy at home that is just as lethal. The Left is equally at war with our freedoms, even if they are not yet turning their guns and tanks on American citizens.
Keep your foot on the gas. Let us first win this war against evil at home. Then we will be better equipped to deal with evil in other parts of the world.

Below you will read what I call a Kingdom Chronicle. The Lord shared this with me years ago. First you ask the Lord for prophetic words and then you ask the Lord to help you for a prophetic utterence by using the words. It is always best to keep the words in the order that they were given by the Holy Spirit. We are trusting the Holy Spirit to already have them in the order they are to be used. People have asked me in years gone by how you hear and get an utterence from the Lord. This is the process I was given. It just takes practice. The following chronicle is given by over 20 people. No one person can take any of the credit for all were involved. If anyone needs any help on how to do this you may email me here at KPS under my member page email. Little did we know on Wednesday night, as we prayed for the Church in the Ukraine during our House Of Prayer meeting, that Russia would invade the Ukraine the next day.   • Prophetic words used in reverse in this chronicle.  People of Ukraine we see images of tanks, planes, rockets, and a boat of iron has come against you. Jesus said all authority is given to you. You can command that iron to swim or sink and know that you have someone in agreement over here. Remember when Jesus left, he was in charge of it all; and he put it in our hands that our children and our own lives would preserve and keep them. You do not have the weaponry or all the necessary things, but you are girded with his strength. Just recall the Lord Jesus robed in majesty. He is at the right hand of the Father, and you are made to sit down with him, so ignore all this noise. Lift-up your voice in reverence to His holiness. Yes, you will still make the storm whisper because Jesus has given you this authority. Your borders are established; they are not to be redefined by the words of others. The Lord Jesus looks down and says, “All my enemies will be put to shame.” My Children, Jesus is zealous for you. The Lord reigns in Ukraine. I have Ukraine. Ukraine follows Jesus—that is what will be said.
  • A response between the Lord and the Church in Ukraine:
    • The Church in Ukraine declares “The Ukraine follows Jesus.” And the Lord responds, “And I have Ukraine.” The Church in Ukraine declares, “The Lord reigns in Ukraine.” And the Lord looks down and responds, “I am Zealous for you.” The Church in Ukraine declares “All my enemies will be put to shame.” The Lord looks and responds, “And your borders are established.” The Church in Ukraine says, “Oh God, make the storm whisper.” And the Lord responds, “In His Holiness, His voice over all the noise.” The one who is robed in majesty girded with his strength declares “Be preserved and kept.” And the church in Ukraine says, “He's in charge of it all.” Iron will swim. Iron will sink at the command of the Lord.
  • The Ukraine follows Jesus, which means you have them in the palm of your hand. Lord, you reign in the Ukraine, which also means you have dominion over their enemies because they are zealous for you. All their enemies will be put to shame so that your borders are established. God. We pray that you will breathe your power over this nation and cause this storm to whisper. Out of the whole earth you are robed in majesty and girded with all strength. You will preserve and keep all people in the Ukraine. May they rest in knowing that you are in charge of it all. Lord, we ask that the miracle that you did in Ezekiel with the iron swimming or sinking you would do for your people in the Ukraine.
  • Know this day that Ukraine follows Jesus and there is no question that I have Ukraine. It will be evident that the Lord reigns during these days. The world will see that Ukraine is zealous for me. As they look to me all, of their enemies will be put to shame. Know this day, Ukraine, that your borders are established, and I will make the storm whisper as the world watches. The Holiness of God will be heard in the voices of the people. All other voices will be resolved and dismissed. As I am robed in majesty, the world will see my greatness. As the people are girded with my strength, they will see the victory. I promise to preserve and keep my children of Ukraine. Remember, I am in charge of it all. As in the miracle of the swimming Iron, you will see my miracle hand working in Ukraine. Amen.
  • Psalm 93:3-4—The floods have lifted up, O Lord, the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their waves. The Lord on high is mightier than the noise of many waters, yeah, than the mighty waves of the sea.

As the enemy makes an attempt to rise up and take this country, we ask you to make the storm whisper by the holiness of your voice as you silence the enemy with the noise of your still, small voice. In the quiet stillness of your moving hand, may the sky over the Ukraine light up with you robed in majesty as the church of the Ukraine will be girded with his strength. May you preserve and keep your people as they rise-up in faith to say, “He's in charge of it all!” And we believe, as Your church, that the iron will swim or sink by your will. Amen.

An Open Letter to Justin Trudeau and

the Federal Government

 

TO: the Prime Minister and Federal Government,

 We are writing to you as representative pastors of Christian congregations from across the nation and as law-abiding citizens who respect the God-defined role of civil government and uphold the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, the highest law of our land, which recognizes the supremacy of God over all human legislation.  

 For the past two years, we have sought to respectfully and peaceably make known to all levels of government our profound concern about the indefinite suspension of civil liberties, coercive mandates and perpetual state interference in the life, freedom and worship of the church – freedoms guaranteed by both our inherited Common Law tradition and Charter. We have also prayed earnestly for our governing authorities, met with them, written letters and petitions, peacefully gathered for protest with other concerned citizens and in some cases filed lawsuits. We have used every lawful means at our disposal to be heard and taken seriously. Yet at every turn, we have been largely ignored, brushed aside, insulted and even told we in no way represent Canadians.

 In recent weeks, the hugely popular truckers convoy containing many Christians (including pastors), has captured the imagination not only of this nation but other nations around the world, laying bare that what we have expressed and argued for months is indeed representative of the concerns of millions of ordinary Canadians who value peace, personal responsibility and liberty. The Ottawa protest has presented your government with a wonderful opportunity to meet with and speak to ordinary Canadians lawfully and peaceably requiring the restoration of their constitutional rights. However, in response to their singing, praying, dancing, candy floss, bouncy castles, speeches about the constitution and outpourings of patriotic love for the country, your government has not only refused to meet with these citizens to hear their concerns, you have insulted, denigrated and lied about them, further dividing a hurting and broken nation.

 As ambassadors of Christ, whilst we respect your office as a public servant and honour the limited role of civil authority as a ministry of public justice, we do not hesitate to fulfill our responsibility as servants of the living God by unapologetically reminding you that Jesus Christ is Lord and King and the ruler of the kings of the earth. He sets up kings and pulls down the mighty from their thrones and none can stay his hand. In the words of the same scriptures engraved on the Peace Tower in Ottawa and written into our very national Coat of Arms:

 Now therefore, be wise, O kings; Be instructed, you judges of the earth. Serve the Lord with fear and rejoice with trembling. Kiss the Son, lest He be angry, and you perish in the way, When His wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all those who put their trust in Him. (Ps. 2: 10-12)

 Mr. Trudeau, with great respect, you are neither the king nor the ruler of Canada. Both you and your colleagues are public servants sent for a short time to Parliament at our behest as citizens to govern under God in terms of the Canadian Charter and to seek a harmony of public legal interest. You do not grant people rights and responsibilities that are theirs as God’s image-bearers and a free people. Since you do not grant them, you have no authority to remove them. 

​Your government does not grant people the right to their bodily integrity, the right to work or earn a living, the right to decide for their children or to be with their families or dying loved ones, the right to gather to worship and obey God, the right to travel in their own land or enter and leave. Civil government exists to protect these pre-political and fundamental freedoms, not bestow and remove them as if it can function in the place of God. 

 As such, we as Christian pastors condemn in the strongest possible terms your unprecedented invoking of the Emergency Powers Act (1988) with the intent of bringing unaccountable state power to bear on peaceful citizens – "men women and children" – who have been stripped of their fundamental freedoms for two years and who have in many cases lost everything as a result of your government's mandates. There is no national emergency and to invoke one to crush peaceful political dissent is a totalitarian act of repression displaying weakness not strength. These tyrannical actions are exposing this government and people to the judgment of God, and we are deeply concerned that you do not appreciate the significance of God’s wrath upon a rebellious and lawless nation.

 We implore you to step back from the brink, restore the constitutional freedoms of the people, respect the God-given rights of our citizenry and above all to humble yourself and take a knee before Christ the King lest you perish in the way. We urge you to repent of the sins of pride, rebellion against God, and bearing false witness. You have not displayed a brotherly care and love for these honest hard-working people who have tried to peacefully bring their very serious concerns to your attention.

 Our hope and prayer for you and your government is that you will lift the emergency measures, end these lawless mandates, and enact justice for a people who elected you to that purpose.

​For He shall have dominion from sea to sea (Ps. 72:8).

Harold Jonker, First Truck Driver in Canada Convoy. A must read.

I CANNOT PUT INTO WORDS WHAT JUST HAPPENED. I have been making calls to the guys on the front line of the Canadian truckers event - a spiritual revival, in my understanding.
One of those I called was Harold Jonker (pictured), one of the truck drivers, and co-owner of Jonker Trucking Company of Canada. He took my call, but he did not say a word, because they were praising the Lord. The truckers were  standing before Parliament, singing (see picture) “A Mighty Fortress is our God.” I had to choke back tears as I listened. I so wish I had recorded it. Imagine with me, if you would, a group of truckers singing these words, knowing that their political leader had just taken action that could freeze all their bank funds, making it impossible for them to even make a purchase. Here is what I heard these brave warriors singing, verse after verse, the powerful song, A Mighty Fortress is Our God:

A mighty fortress is our God, a bulwark never failing;
Our helper He, amid the flood of mortal ills prevailing:
For still our ancient foe doth seek to work us woe;
His craft and pow’r are great, and, armed with cruel hate,
On earth is not his equal.

Did we in our own strength confide, our striving would be losing,
Were not the right Man on our side, the Man of God’s own choosing:
Dost ask who that may be? Christ Jesus, it is He;
Lord Sabaoth, His Name, from age to age the same,
And He must win the battle.

And though this world, with devils filled, should threaten to undo us,
We will not fear, for God hath willed His truth to triumph through us;
The Prince of Darkness grim, we tremble not for him;
His rage we can endure, for lo, his doom is sure,
One little word shall fell him.

That word above all earthly pow’rs, no thanks to them, abideth;
The Spirit and the gifts are ours through Him Who with us sideth;
Let goods and kindred go, this mortal life also;
The body they may kill: God’s truth abideth still,
His kingdom is forever.

I cannot describe what it was like hearing these saints of God, within harm’s way (thanks to Trudeau), singing confidently, “for still our ancient foe, doth seek to work us woe,” or “were not the right Man on our side…” followed by “Dost ask who that may be, Christ Jesus, it is He,” or “we tremble not for him (“the Prince of Darkness”), followed by “His rage we can endure,” or “the body they may kill; God’s truth abideth still.” It was momentous.

(A bit of trivia or irony…or is it “providence?”: I had told Harold a few days ago that I had gone online and discovered that his father, who started their family trucking business, was named “George Jonker.” As you know, my graduate degrees are in church history, and I have taken people on European Church History Tours, including the sites of Martin Luther. When Martin Luther was being hidden from the authorities who were trying to kill him for standing for truth, after his famous “I will not recant. Here I stand. I can do no other” speech at the Diet (dispute or debating assembly) of Worms (a city pronounced VORMES) in 1521, his friends “kidnapped” him (literally, without his consent) to protect him from the plan by authorities to kill him further up the road. They forcibly took him to the castle in Wartburg, where he, in confinement, translated the Bible from Erasmus’ Greek text into the common language of the German people (Low German), giving the people a Bible that they could understand for the first time. Here is the purpose of this story: While they held and protected Martin Luther, he grew a long beard to make him less recognizable (for safety purposes) as he was allowed to move about some, and gave him an alias. His new name was “Junker Jorg” (or “George”). In some European countries, the last name is said first. So “George Jonker” (Harold’s truck driving father) would become “Junker (Germanic spelling) George.” (See sketch of Martin Luther as “Junker Jorg.”)

And if I may add more regarding the “Martin Luther connection,” the song “A Mighty Fortress is Our God” which Mr. Jonker and his truck driving friends were singing, when I phoned him, is based on Psalm 46. When Martin Luther nailed the “95 Theses” on the door (a common practice, as it was a type of bulletin board) of the university church in Wittenberg, Germany on October 31, 1517, touching off the Protestant (“protest”) Reformation, it was at the base of a large Gothic tower with a rounded dome and spires pointing towards heaven, on which the words are engraved at the top, “Ein Feste Burg ist Unser Gott, Ein Gute Wehr und Waffen.”  Those are the opening words of the famous Martin Luther hymn, “A mighty fortress is our God, a bulwark never failing.”

When the Canadian truckers finished singing that great hymn, written in approximately 1528, they continued with “Amazing Grace.” I could hear them singing, “through many dangers toils and snares, I have already come…”

And from that, they proceeded directly into “The Doxology,” which begins with the words, “Praise God from whom all blessings flow.”

Praising God! Their emperor-czar had just suspended the law of the land, taking away their Constitutional rights.

Then we talked. In all that is happening in Canada, with all its uncertainty caused Trudeau’s ominous fiats, they are at peace, even joyous.

In typical Canadian serenity, he calmly explained, “We are going about our day.”

Folks, you have read in history about the heroes of history. You now have a chance to watch some. Someday you will tell your grandchildren, “I was watching. I remember when God miraculously rasied up a group of Canadian truckers to save the world from despotism and tyranny.”

Thus Sunday 2-13-22 Phillip Williams on Smith and Rowland Show - Live

Philip Williams, who was born in Statesville, led the first American expedition to visit the structure near the top of Mount Ararat in Eastern Turkey that the natives of this famous mountain have always believed to be Noah's Ark. He continues to advise the Mount Ararat Discovery Foundation in the archaeological investigation of what appears an ancient wooden ship, about the same size and design as given for Noah's Ark in the Bible.

 A retired systems engineer, infrastructure specialist, and telecommunications entrepreneur (B.S.E.E., M.S.E.E. from NC State, Professional Engineer in N.C., S.C., and Virginia), Philip pioneered the use of digital switching and fiber-optic technologies in local telephone systems. Since 1990, he has devoted himself to investigating the scientific challenges to the Bible. In 2011, he published the first book to identify the burial mounds found on every continent as caused by Noah's Flood. HIs interest in the discovery on Mount Ararat was due to having traced a second worldwide spread of mankind to this very mountain.

 In 2015, the late Dr. Norman Geisler, appeared with Philip on FOX News, with Dr. Geisler endorsing this discovery as Noah's Ark, the first and only such claim this great pioneer of evangelical apologetics ever did endorse. Philip, who lives in Charlotte, is working on his next book, which will show how the clear geological evidence of Noah's Flood, then referred to as the diluvium (deposits of a flood), was re-envisioned as a long Ice Age. Human remains and artifacts found in these deposits were thus imagined to be from primitive hunters living during a long Ice Age. He will demonstrate that these "cavemen" actually lived during the advanced Early Bronze Age, which was brought to an end by Noah's Flood of the exact date (c.2345BC) as given in the Bible. This not only resolves the chief scientific challenge to the Bible, but will also transform the historical sciences.

Philip is confident that his Scripture Science will soon replace both mainstream and Creation Science. Despite his scientific erudition, Philip identifies with simple believers in Jesus, the Old Time religion of his childhood.
